PERMIT APPLICATIONS RECEIVED FOR WHICH NO FINAL ACTION HAS YET BEEN ISSUED

  • This report is provided to achieve compliance with LA Rev Stat § 30:2022.1(B):
    • “The secretary shall maintain, in a place accessible to the public, a list of all permit applications which have been filed and on which no permit action has become final. The list shall identify the applicant, the location of the activity described in the application, and the type of permit that the applicant seeks. However, the failure by the secretary to prepare or maintain the required list of permit applications shall not affect the validity of the actions taken on such permit applications.”  Acts 1995, No. 815, §1.
  • Enter the range of application received dates desired
    • Application Received date is the date stamp by LDEQ upon receipt of application original
  • If desired, limit the return by program (Air, Water, etc.)
  • Use the export function to create an Excel spreadsheet to further filter the data or print
